Position: Registered Manager
Location: Pannal, Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Alvo Recruitment are seeking for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established care service in Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced manager who is able to lead a team, maintain high standards of compliance and drive improvements across the service.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring high-quality care is delivered while maintaining strong regulatory and operational standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, managing and developing the care team
• Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and regulations
• Completing and overseeing audits and quality assurance
• Monitoring and improving care standards
• Driving occupancy and improving business performance
• Managing staff performance, recruitment and development
• Working closely with residents, families and external professionals
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive change

About You

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Registered Manager
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience successfully increasing occupancy
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, auditing and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to managing and improving a care service
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
